I discovered this monthly podcast and it's now become a ritual, just like the quarterly fragrances produced by Ffern. I really recommend the podcasts to anyone who's interested in nature and wants to live more seasonally. I haven't tried the fragrance simply because I just haven't got around to it yet.
The podcasts are created to guide us through the seasons:
- what's in flower
- foraging for edible plants
- moon phases and related tides
- daylight and water temperatures in two locations around the UK, one in the north and one in the south
- seasonal folklore
- creatures who emerge, flourish and then hibernate
